Business Considerations
Business communications frequently have an emphasis on being concise; the extensive nature of our research is difficult to highlight adequately within this type of brief format.

Our project is only one component of a much larger, all-encompassing business plan intended to assist the Walker Area Community Foundation with their grant proposal. Due to this, our report does not contain a strong emphasis on the financial benefits or ramifications of our suggestions. Considerations must still be made when applying our research in order to ensure an ORE in Walker County can remain a successful business decision.

In developing suggestions for social advocacy, considerations for reactions of companies were made to be very broad, so as to encompass any possible partnerships in the future. Given the nature of this project, we were unable to conduct research into specific companies that Walker County may seek to connect with in creating an inclusive outdoor recreation economy, and as such, it is possible that considerations for social advocacy lack any direct connection to Walker County. These considerations, however, maintain their significance in understanding how the outdoor recreation sphere generally reacts to social justice issues to produce positive corporate relationships.
Education Considerations
A potential outdoor recreation economy in Walker County, Alabama would bring a great deal to the community and a prospective increase in engagement of minority schools. Mentioning research and studies that support the inclusion of minority schools in outdoor recreation is an important area to touch on. Walker County City Schools offers many opportunities in their curriculum that allow for involvement in outdoor recreation. Our project means to acknowledge the opportunities for engagement and provide research to warrant minority collaboration in outdoor recreation. Our report does not contain a strong emphasis of partnership benefits with minority schools. Consequently, additional considerations must still be made when applying our research and suggestions to ensure that partnerships and collaboration with minority school systems are beneficial to both parties.
